June 29

In celebration of Tara's 30th birthday, the gang went downtown on Saturday to participate in the Keep Austin Weird 5k. This 'race' is great as most of the people running or walking are dressed up in some sort of costume and there are fun stops along the way where you are treated to ice cream, balloon animals, etc. The point of this race is not to beat your fastest time, but rather to show your creativity and have a good time. We cheered on everyone from the side lines and enjoyed the live music after the race.
