Jan 8

I hope everyone enjoyed their holidays! It's taken me forever to post but I was trying to savor every moment of the season. Hopefully, each of you were able to do the same.

The last few weeks have been a whirlwind - visiting with friends and family including traveling to Alabama and Nashville, Santa, gifts and of course, more toys than we know what to do with. My dad and Debbie came up to Austin the weekend before Christmas and we spent the weekend relaxing, eating and cruising the neighborhood looking at Christmas lights. Then my mom flew up to Austin on Christmas Eve and we made an attempt at putting together a ginger bread house. Christmas morning was awesome as Colin woke up to a ton of presents under the tree. I'm not sure if he was more amazed with the plethera of wrapped boxes or the crumbs and empty milk cup left behind by Santa.

The next day we flew out to Huntsville, Alabama and were able to visit with Cameron's mom and Mark and Mark's daughter Laura as well as Cameron's dad. We attended family functions for both his mom and dad's side of the family and it was so nice watching Colin spend time with family that he never gets to see. It's these times that I really wish we lived closer so we could do that more often. We then traveled to Nashville and spent a few days with Sarah and Kevin (now called Auntie and KK by Colin). It was nice to relax for a few days and see where Kevin and Sarah now call home. After a week of being gone, we packed up and flew back home just in time for Cameron to head back to work.

I've attached some pictures of our adventures below. If you view the slideshow, click on options and then captions. I've added some descriptions on a few of the pictures.

Great Pics! His Christmas jammies are the cutest! Crazy to think next year it will be two little ones. Looks like Colin had a great time at the progressive Christmas. Can't wait to see ya'll in a few weeks!
