This weekend Colin helped me make a pineapple upside down cake. He poured the water and oil into the bowl, did some stirring and was in charge of pineapple placement in the baking pan. I do think his favorite part of the process was licking the spoon - of course! I didn't get any pics of us mixing everything, but here is one of him checking in on his cake.
