Colin's energy level seems to have taken off over the last few weeks. He never seems to need a break and down time has been reduced only to nap time. My one saving grace is a show on PBS called Signing Times. It's the only TV he watches and it progresses his learning and love for sign language. So, for me, its a guilt free way to get a little pause in the day. Once the beginning of the show starts, Colin falls into almost a trance. He sits on my lap, leans his head on my chest and watches intently as Rachel teaches us both sign language. The quiet that comes with this wonderful show only lasts for about 20 minutes and then he's up and off again. He still pays attention to what's going on and stops on his way across the room to notice the next sign but by the end of the episode, he's back to his very, very busy schedule.
