On Sunday, it was Mother's Day. Cameron surprised us both with breakfast in bed complete with a flower in a vase and a refill of our juice . Then Colin and Memaw worked on an art project and read lots of books.
Memaw had to head back home and we just lounged around the house for a bit. In the afternoon, Cameron took us out for a family outing to the Austin Children's Museum. Colin absolutely loves all the interesting things that the museum has to play with and learn from. I've attached a link of some of the pictures from that trip below. However, here's one of my favorites. You are supposed to make noise into this 100 foot tube to hear the echo. Colin had a different plan in mind!
The evening ended with Cameron making a wonderful homemade dinner for me - from scratch - that was really good! Dinner was followed by a few giant strawberries covered in chocolate. What a wonderful end to a perfect day! I am so blessed to have such a wonderful husband!!MUSEUM PICTURES (16 pictures)
