Yesterday was Colin's first dentist appointment and he did great!!! I had picked up a Dora book about her visit to the dentist and we read it all weekend. He also had a play dentist mirror that we took turns playing dentist with. So, on Monday morning, he was prepped and ready for whatever was to come. It really helped because he let the dentist do whatever he needed to do and didn't complain or struggle one bit. The dentist was so impressed that he gave Colin two take home toys. Cameron and I were very proud! Plus the dentist said that his teeth were in really good shape, very clean and for us to just keep doing what we're doing. Yey! Not bad for a first trip to the dentist. : )
