This weekend we took our first family trip together. We drove about an hour out of Austin to Sweet Berry Farms in Marble Falls and picked fresh strawberries. The farm is family run and there are goats, donkeys and horses that are used to people and let you pet and feed them. We spent a good hour searching for the perfect strawberry and letting Colin say hi to all the animals. That night when we asked him his favorite part of the trip, he said he liked the horses best. For me, I think the best part was sharing a cup of homemade strawberry ice cream with Colin before heading back home. See the link to pictures below. Today we took Hannah to the doctor again because she still is spitting up quite a bit. The doctor put her on prilosec to see if that settles down her little tummy. Fingers crossed it works. The good news that she weighed in at 8 lbs and 4 oz!! That means she's gained over 2 lbs in a month!! She is definitely getting all the nutrition she needs. And she has gone from being in the 5th percentile all the way to the 25th percentile. Any concern we might have had about her being born early is quickly disseminating.
